Refund & Cancellation Policy

Millwright is a pure USD subscription. This policy explains how renewals, cancellations and refunds work.

01Subscription model

Paid plans (Advisor and Partner) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Your monthly session allowance resets each period and does not carry over. There are no credit packs, top-ups or stored balances, and nothing is withdrawable.

02Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@millcons.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after that. Cancelling does not delete your account or saved work unless you ask us to.

03Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance and unused allowance does not roll over, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started. We will, however, provide a refund where required by applicable consumer law, or where a clear billing error or a service fault prevented you from using the service.

If a generated visual or reel does not meet your expectations, contact us — we will first help you regenerate or adjust the output.

04Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront at a discount. If you cancel an annual plan, it remains active until the end of the paid year. Pro-rata refunds are provided only where required by law.

05How to request
